At TBS, we pride ourselves on our coaching staff. Every “Muscle Mechanic” (AKA THE MACHINE MAKERS!), is highly experienced in a multitude of modalities and training methods.

We regard our coaches as some of the premier minds in fitness, weight-loss, and sports performance in the greater Pittsburgh Area. All of the Muscle Mechanics are highly passionate people, who LIVE, EAT, AND BREATHE training.

Geared towards both seasoned athletes and novice exercisers (who also are engaging in the fundamental program), this class focuses on every aspect of fitness from strength, power, and cardiovascular training, to mental training geared to make you the best you every single time you walk into and out of the gym.

Scaled to your level, these classes are high energy and high effort and lead to tremendous gains in strength, injury prevention, and body fat loss.

A blend of traditional Muay Thai Kickboxing and total body fitness. This program is meant to transform your body into a lean machine, capable of kicking someone’s head off! This program is geared towards all fitness levels, and can be a challenge with many rewards for both experienced practitioners to newcomers.

Whether you are in tip top physical shape looking for a challenge or you have work to do to reach your goal, this class can offer you a way there. Get in amazing shape while having fun learning the effective martial art of Muay Thai Kickboxing

Geared towards the intermediate or advanced lifter, this class is meant for those who are looking to add both muscular size and strength to their frames. 
 
Based in the principles of bodybuilding and power-lifting, this class offers the benefits of a per-designed workout program and the convenience of independent training.  While a coach will be onsite to help when needed, those who partake in this class will be those who feel comfortable working out on their own and are looking for a perfect program to follow long-term!
Geared towards kids under the age of 14 and based in modern exercise physiology, This class emphasizes proper run form and mechanics and is meant to build athletic game speed, joint mobility, and general agility. Plyometric work is also utilized.

The focus of this class is to get the participant to enhance how fast he or she can potentially be. While this class focuses primarily on athletes, anyone can see major physical health benefits from increasing their own agility and speed.

Based in modern exercise physiology, This class emphasizes proper run form and mechanics and is meant to build athletic game speed, joint mobility, and general agility. Plyometric work is also utilized.
