Living By The Law of Attraction


Do you want better health? To reach fitness goals? More joy? Whatever it is, it is at your finger tips! How? Simply with your thoughts. I know, I know that may sound crazy but hear me out! This isn't a "just think positive" process, because we've all done that and it doesn't always or usually work. What I'm talking about is focusing your thoughts on what you want and not what you don't want. Your thoughts have to be fully connected with your feeling as though you already have what it is you want, and this is the law of attraction.

The key to this is focusing on the aspect in life that make you feel good and having gratitude for them. This sends out a positive frequency that brings in more of what you actually do want. For example, a way to start practicing this is noting 3 things that you are grateful for each day and feeling the joy that said things bring to you life. Starting the day this way will make you feel great and allowing you to attract more of the things that make you feel good in life.


The biggest thing to remember is to stop thinking of the things you don't want , because just like you attract the things you do want with thoughts and feelings, you can attract the things you don't want with thoughts and feelings. The law of attraction doesn't shift through positive and negative it gives you what ever it is you feel passionate about, whether good or bad. A great example of how this works is to think of the law of attraction as gravity, if a person is on a building and some how fell off, whether they are a good or bad person, they can't defy the law of gravity. They would still hit the ground. That's precisely how this works, you focus on what you don't want and feel strongly about it, that's what is given.


This, of courses, take practice but it's something that you can start implementing today and 30-60 days down the road you'll notice how life is working for you and not against you!
