FITNESS BOOTCAMP

Looking to get a good workout and have fun doing it? THIS is the class for you! Offering a great mix of everything, Fitness Boot Camp is a fun cross-training, total body workout.

This class is taught by our Group Fitness Coaches and includes full body exercises throughout the week. It’s the perfect place to get started on your fitness journey and is great for all levels.

CARDIO KICKBOXING

Improve your cardio endurance, agility, coordination, and balance all while blasting calories and working out your frustrations in this 45-60 minute class. Using basic punches and kicks on free standing bags, combined with agility ladders and cardio stations for that extra burn, this class will leave you feeling stronger, leaner, and more confident. No previous Kickboxing experience is necessary to take this class.

STRENGTH BOOTCAMP

Looking to learn more about free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and lifting in general? With a mix of traditional lifting and fitness, this class is meant to get you lean and mean!

From the warm up all the way to the cool down, our Strength Boot Camp is focused on muscle definition and challenging the muscular endurance. Great for all fitness levels.`
