Looking to get a good workout and have fun doing it? THIS is the class for you! Offering a great mix of everything, Fitness Boot Camp is a fun cross-training, total body workout.
This class is taught by our Group Fitness Coaches and includes full body exercises throughout the week. It’s the perfect place to get started on your fitness journey and is perfect for all fitness levels.
Improve your cardio endurance, agility, coordination, and balance all while blasting calories and working out your frustrations in this 45-60 minute class. Using basic punches and kicks on free standing bags, combined with agility ladders and cardio stations for that extra burn, this class will leave you feeling stronger, leaner, and more confident. No previous Kickboxing experience is necessary to take this class.
Interested in learning more about free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and lifting in general? With a mix of traditional lifting and fitness, this class is meant to get you lean and mean!
From the warm up all the way to the cool down, our Strength Boot Camp is focused on building strength and challenging that muscular endurance. Great for all fitness levels.
Dance and let loose while getting in a great workout and burning those calories! Possibly the most enjoyable form of cardio, Zumba gets that heart rate up while improving balance, coordination, and mood!

Short on time? Want to get some extra work in before crushing a boot-camp class? Our 30-Minute Abs is the perfect way to get some movement in on those busy days or ramp up your warm-up before boot-camp!
In just this short amount of time, we’re able to focus on core strength and endurance to improve posture, stability, and form. This is the perfect addition to help improve your performance in the rest of the classes!
