Week 2: Repeat
This week, aim for three days of intentional movement.
That could mean three gym workouts or two gym sessions plus a walk, run, mobility session, or activity with your family. Try to perform your gym workouts on the same days and at roughly the same times you used in Week 1.
You are teaching your brain that movement belongs in your new routine.

- Choose your workout before arriving.
- Use online coaching when getting to the facility is difficult.
