Week 3: Support
Once workouts begin returning to the calendar, it is time to look at the habits that support them.
Busy school weeks make it easy to skip meals, rely on convenience foods, stay up too late, or forget to drink water. You do not need to overhaul everything at once. Choose one small improvement in each area.
- Add a practical source of protein to meals.
- Keep fruit, yogurt, vegetables, or another easy snack available.
- Carry a water bottle during the day.
- Set a consistent bedtime when possible.
- Give yourself time to recover between harder workouts.
Think about meals in simple building blocks instead of expecting every meal to be perfect. Keep a few quick emergency dinners available for nights when the original plan falls apart.
Healthy routines are built through patterns over time, not one flawless day.
